Global Head of Sales Enablement (a), 100 %
To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our Sales Enablement team, we are looking for a dedicated Global Head of Sales Enablement (f/m/d), 100 %.
Your tasks:
- Responsible for achieving budgeted revenue goals and assigned profit margins of the products Custom Synthesis & Catalogue
- Lead cross-functional efforts to implement new sales strategies aligned with site targets and overall business objectives.
- Continuously improve cost structure & the evolution of product offerings
- Developing customer experience journeys and identifying expectations, pain points and opportunities
- Design and institutionalize sales enablement frameworks to drive consistent execution across regions and product lines
- Translate product group strategy into field-ready tools
- Drive enablement analytics and performance tracking, establishing KPIs and continuously refining enablement initiatives based on data-driven feedback loops.
- Lead the design of new sales solutions based on existing and emerging technologies
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development to direct reports and their team members
- Develops the organization with future challenges in mind, and is willing to embrace change
Your profile:
- University degree Master and/or PhD with focus on natural sciences (Chemistry, Process Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Technology or similar field) or BSc with profound expertise and solid long term professional experience in the relevant discipline
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the relevant industry of which 5-8 years in commercial leadership roles in Pharma or Contract Manufacturing
- Fluent in English, German
- French or additional languages of Advantage.
- 5-8 years in digitalization, sales, OE & process roles in Pharma or Contract Manufacturing
- Expert in ERP-tools
- Expert in CRM-tools
- Advanced knowledge in Data Architecture & Databases
- Expert in MS Office
- Experienced in AI & ML
