For one of our clients in Geneva, we are looking for a senior technology executive to take ownership of a digital platform portfolio and manage high-calibre teams.

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
- Define and drive the long-term vision and roadmap for a digital platform
- Own the full lifecycle of a suite of interconnected applications — from design to delivery
- Lead and grow a team of various technical profiles and engineers
- Ensure platform stability, security, and regulatory compliance at all times
- Translate strategic business objectives into actionable technology roadmaps, balancing innovation with operational stability
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, capacity planning and risk governance
- Report on program and project progress at executive and board level
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with business, legal, compliance, and external partners
- Establish vendor partnerships and lead change management for new frameworks and methodologies
- Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Solid experience in IT solution delivery, team leadership and software development
- 10+ years of experience owning complex, multi-product portfolios at enterprise scale
- Experience in managing product lifecycle development end-to-end
- Deep expertise in modern technology stacks, architecture patterns, and emerging technologies
- Experience operating in highly regulated environments
- Equally comfortable engaging with engineering teams and executive stakeholders
- Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate
