This is a generic open application for experienced profiles wishing to join Mantu as Executive Business Directors. We are continuously seeking exceptional leaders to support our ambitious growth strategy, reinforce our core Practices, and expand internationally across EMEA, Asia, North America, and Latin America.
As part of our strong internal and external growth roadmap – including the reinforcement of existing subsidiaries, the development of new markets, and strategic acquisitions – we are strengthening our key Practices: Leadership & Advocacy, Technology, Total Talent Management, and Digital Marketing & Experience.
Your missions
- Lead the strategic development and positioning of your scope — whether it is a local office, a geographic zone, or a brand — in alignment with Mantu’s global vision.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead internal or external growth initiatives within your perimeter.
- Build and develop high-performing commercial and delivery teams across your scope.
- Manage C-level client engagement, ensure long-term satisfaction, and grow key strategic accounts.
- Oversee P&L, ensure profitability, and contribute to overall business sustainability.
- Launch and support new subsidiaries, business cells or innovation hubs globally.
- Promote innovation, transformation, and operational excellence across all activities.
- Act as an ambassador of Mantu’s values, vision and entrepreneurial mindset.
Your profile
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Sales Management, Business Development, or Executive leadership within consulting, engineering, or services sectors.
- Proven track record in growing business units, leading transformation initiatives, and managing full P&L.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong appetite for challenges and international development.
- Strategic and structured thinker with strong leadership and operational management skills.
- Deep understanding of business consulting models, client engagement, and global market dynamics.
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in one or several of the following languages is a strong asset: French, Spanish, German, Italian, Chinese.
- High commitment, proactive mindset, and ambition to drive strategic impact at a global scale.
