Flagship Boutique Director - Luxury

On behalf of a leading international luxury house, we are seeking an experienced and refined Flagship Boutique Director to lead its prestigious Zurich flagship, located in one of Switzerland's most exclusive retail destinations.

Managing a team of ca.20 associates, this role calls for a well rounded leader who combines strong ambassadorship and commercial acumen with an exceptional sense of service, product, and client relationships. The successful candidate will ensure the boutique operates at the highest standards of performance, presentation, and client engagement, in line with the brand's positioning within the global luxury landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Flagship Leadership & Retail Performance

• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of about 20 associates across all boutique functions
  
• Drive commercial performance through KPIs while maintaining a highly qualitative, service-driven culture
  
• Ensure excellence in visual merchandising, product presentation, and overall boutique standards
  
• Partner closely with regional leadership to execute strategic objectives
  

Client Experience & Clienteling

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with local and international HNW/UHNW clientele
  
• Deliver highly personalized, discreet service aligned with elevated luxury standards
  
• Lead and elevate CRM and clienteling practices within the team
  
• Strengthen the boutique's positioning within Zurich's luxury ecosystem
  

Operations & Boutique Management

• Oversee daily boutique operations ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellence at all times
  
• Manage stock, inventory integrity, and operational procedures in line with brand guidelines
  
• Act as key liaison with internal stakeholders and external partners where required
  
• Ensure seamless coordination across all boutique activities
  

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing and cohesive team
  
• Foster a culture of elegance, accountability, collaboration, and discretion
  
• Lead by example with strong presence on the floor and during key commercial moments
  

PROFILE

• 15+ years' experience in luxury retail, including leadership of flagship or high-profile boutiques
  
• Strong background in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle luxury environments
  
• Proven success managing demanding HNW/UHNW clientele
  
• Excellent leadership presence with refined interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally strong
  
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages such as French or Italian are an advantage
  
• Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate (EU nationals only)
