The company is currently transforming its Global Medical Affairs content approval processes through a strategic initiative focused on operational excellence and stakeholder alignment.

Your Mission

• Lead operational excellence for the Global Medical Affairs Content Approval Program's Service Pillar initiative
• Design and implement an internal Content Approval Hub providing content approval as-a-service to global and country-level stakeholders
• Collaborate strategically with Business Leads, cross-functional teams, and international stakeholders across regulatory, legal, and commercial functions
• Drive stakeholder engagement through facilitated meetings, regular communication, and proactive reporting to senior leadership
• Manage risk mitigation by identifying project-related challenges and developing informed decision-making frameworks
• Analyze complex data related to content approval processes to support Hub design and planning activities
• Coordinate hiring processes including job description preparation, agency communication, and budget planning for new Hub resources
• Support budget management including forecasting, tracking, and business case development for the Service Pillar

Your Profile

• Location requirement: Based in Switzerland with excellent English language skills
• Industry expertise: Proven background in pharmaceutical industry operations, preferably with medical affairs experience
• Technical knowledge: Familiarity with promotional and non-promotional content approval processes and medical governance requirements
• Project leadership: Demonstrated success driving complex cross-functional projects across multiple geographies
• Stakeholder management: Strong capabilities in managing diverse stakeholder groups and facilitating effective communication
• Problem-solving skills: Analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from complex data and drive process optimization
• Systems experience: Knowledge of FUSE, Veeva, MS SharePoint, or PowerBI considered advantageou
• Change management: Experience supporting organizational transformation and adoption of new processes
