The Opportunity
For one of our leading international partners, we are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to join a dynamic global environment. This role combines hands-on infrastructure management, vendor coordination, user support, and participation in global IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage external IT vendors to meet service level agreements and ensure smooth daily operations.

Coordinate local IT support activities (network, telephony, conference rooms, desktops, mobile devices).

Handle incident management, troubleshoot complex IT issues, and coordinate resolution.

Support the rollout of global IT projects and drive local change management.

Ensure compliance with internal quality and audit standards.

Support users with Microsoft 365 suite, Teams, Power Apps, and Power BI.

Provide IT consultancy to business stakeholders and promote technology adoption.
Your Profile:

Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or support roles.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms.

Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments is an advantage.

Familiarity with ITIL principles and IT service delivery processes.

Fluent in English (spoken and written); any additional language is a plus.
