For our partner Haleon, we are looking for a :

QC Analyst Finished Product

(Temporary contract)

Your mission:

Perform all QC testing end to end, from reception to final disposition before release on time

Your responsibilities:

• Perform all QC testing end to end, from reception to final disposition before release, including management of external testing
• Perform double check of analytical tests to ensure the integrity of results
• Train other technicians to the QC analysis
• Suggest and implement Continuous Improvement actions in accordance with site objectives: EHS, Quality and cost.
• Maintain 5S in the laboratory
• First level of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Deal with deviations and laboratory investigation according to current laboratory SOPs. Implement CAPA in the laboratory.
• Support or create SOPs and working documentation needed for QC laboratories (eg : equipment)
• Respect all GMP standards. GMP knowledge and experience to support the requirements expected by Swissmedic, European union agencies and other regulatory bodies to assure that our products meet all cGMP requirements together with our operations and documentation system.
• Know and apply HSE rules

Your profile:

• CFC technician in analytical chemistry or equivalent
• Min 1 to 5 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical environment
• Very good knowledge of technique in QC chemistry: LC, GC, TLC…
• Proven process understanding (Pharma, GMP, investigation)
• French, English a plus
