Master Data Administrator - Retail Environment

Description

• Create and update customer, vendor, and pricing condition records in the system
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by following established processes and validation rules
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, procurement, sales) to gather and verify data
• Support the resolution of data-related issues and contribute to data quality improvement initiatives
• Work with tools such as SAP and Ariba to manage workflows and approvals
• Maintain proper documentation and follow compliance standards for data handling

Profile

• Has a strong attention to detail and enjoys working with structured information
• Is organized, reliable, and able to follow processes accurately
• Communicates clearly and professionally in English (French or other languages are a plus)
• Is eager to learn and develop new skills in data management and business systems
• Works well in a team and is comfortable collaborating across departments and cultures
• Ideally has some exposure to ERP systems like SAP, but this is not a requirement
• Brings a positive, can-do attitude and is open to feedback and continuous improvement
