We are looking for a Senior IT Contract & Vendor Manager to lead the lifecycle of strategic professional services agreements within a global technology function. This role combines contract negotiation, vendor governance, and performance optimization across a complex, international ecosystem.

Description
- Design and implement vendor strategies for professional services providers.
- Lead contract lifecycle management: drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance.
- Oversee vendor governance, including performance reviews, KPIs, SLAs, and escalation processes.
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and technology teams across the group.
- Support data reporting and dashboard development for vendor performance tracking.
- Monitor market trends and identify innovative vendor capabilities.
Profile
- 7-10+ years of experience managing complex IT contracts, ideally in consulting firms (e.g. Accenture, Capgemini, Big 4) or in-house within large international companies.
- Strong knowledge of contract structures, legal and commercial terms, and vendor governance.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with legal, procurement, and tech teams.
- Experience with RFP/RFI processes and vendor selection.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
