Do you want to work on impactful Direct Marketing communications in a dynamic environment, close to Marketing, Communication and Data teams?

Join us for a 12-month internship within the Customer Value & Analytics team, working directly with the Customer Engagement Manager.

Your mission

You will support the design, execution and optimization of Direct Marketing communications across the full campaign lifecycle.

Content creation & production

Write content for newsletters and SMS

Improve and optimize existing customer communications

Create content for new customer engagement use cases

Coordinate visual creation with Communication & Design teams

Coordinate with the translation team (FR/DE/IT/EN)

Campaign execution & follow-up

Set up newsletters (structure, modules, content) in

Set up A/B tests and suggest optimizations

Manage small marketing projects: contests, lead generation campaigns, etc.

Monitor newsletter KPIs to improve communication impact

Innovation & special projects

Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer communications

Support the Direct Marketing communication plan

Follow trends in email marketing and customer engagement in the telecom industry

What you bring

You have a Bachelor/Master in Marketing, Communication, Business or a similar field

Excellent writing skills in French and English; German is a plus

Creative mindset and a strong interest in marketing copywriting

Good organizational skills and ease in coordinating tasks and stakeholders

Interest in CRM, customer engagement and Direct Marketing campaigns

You are Swiss or European (EU) citizen

Bonus: familiarity with a newsletter tool (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.)
