In order to strengthen our Customer Service department, we are currently looking for an
International Customer Service Assistant 80%-100%
Your daily mission:
- Communication with national (CH) and international Customers
- Enter orders and Contracts into SAP & maintain in SAP
- Provide price and delivery time information to the customers
- Coordinate delivery time issues with planning department and send information to customers
- Monitor & maintain online orders via Shopify platform
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process coordination
- Creation of credit / debit notes
- Price checking and validation with sales representatives
- Creation of new customers/ maintenance of customer master data according to customer updates
- Provide support to the local customer service teams
- Ensure the global Customer Service processes are followed
- Propose process improvements and support implementation in SAP
- Provide back-up to other Customer service teams
- Support customer escalations & coordination of escalations internally
- Backup for Made to Order (MTO) report/ Key account reports, stock movements and allocations
For this position, these skills are essential:
- Commercial studies or commercial apprenticeship
- Technical / Planning knowledge a plus
- Experience working with Customers and dealing with the Order to cash process
- Proficiency in the usual working tools of MS Office and ERP System SAP
- German or English mother tongue with a good command of the other language, French in everyday use
