Job description
As IT Manager, you will lead the further development of our IT landscape at our company. With the core infrastructure on Microsoft Dynamics 365, your role will focus on ensuring a successful rollout, driving continuous improvements, and strengthening the system as the backbone of our operations.
You will be responsible for managing the implementation of IT policies and procedures and ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's technology systems and processes. You will work closely with small teams to align IT strategies with business goals and facilitate overall business operations.

Tasks/Requirements
- Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365: configuration, customization, development, and support.
- Thrive the implementation of tools like Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate to build smart, efficient solutions.
- Perform testing, debugging, and issue resolution to keep the system running smoothly.
- Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for MS Dynamics 365.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure (networks, systems, devices).
- Support the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Train, guide, and support end-users so they can use the system confidently.
- Take the lead when working with internal teams and external partners: coordinate, guide, challenge when needed, and make decisions to ensure high-quality integration, strong data, robust security, and excellent performance.
- Monitor overall system performance and recommend improvements.
- Managing the IT team with one additional MS Power Platform & Dynamics Developer
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.
- Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 certifications
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- 3+ years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain and Sales.
- Strong skills in configuration, customization, testing, and troubleshooting in MS Dynamics 365.
- Good communicator, confident presenting and working with others.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively; hands-on mindset.
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to evolving project needs.
- Motivated to grow into a managerial and decision-making role.
