Associate Specialist, Direct sourcing

We are seeking an analytical and detail"‘oriented Direct Sourcing Operations consultant. The role focuses on procurement analytics, operational support, and coordination across technical and commercial workstreams.

Main Responsibilities

Collect and validate data for tender-related analyses.

Support technical and commercial teams to ensure tender readiness.

Project management support, including coordinating timelines, briefings, and follow"‘ups with stakeholders.

Prepare documentation, memos, and tender materials.

Track milestones and ensure process adherence.

Provide operational support to maintain continuity across tenders.

Your Profile:

Direct sourcing experience in pharma, medical products, or global health procurement.

Experience in contract execution within global health or other complex procurement environments.

Strong background in category strategy support, cost"‘of"‘goods analysis, market intelligence, and stakeholder engagement with suppliers and global partners.

Proficiency in data analysis, KPI reporting, and dashboarding.

Excellent English; French is an asset
