Accountant 1-2 years of Experience

For our client, a boutique , we are currently looking for an Accountant.

Description

DAY-TO-DAY WORK
Book entries and data input for various bank accounts and companies
Including :

• bank entries
• intercompany transactions
• investments revaluations and movements
• foreign exchange revaluations
• accruals and prepayments
• Control of invoices / expenses received
• Liaising with Treasury on the payment of suppliers' invoices

MONTHLY / QUARTERLY WORK
Bank reconciliations
Other balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with the preparation of the quarterly funding requests
Preparation of quarterly management accounts

YEAR-END / ANNUAL WORK
Assist with the preparation of the yearly budgets
Assist with the Year-end close

OTHER
Maintenance of the bank and accounting files
Maintenance of the various files related to the administration of the companies
Ad hoc requests and analysis
Any other task that may be requested

Profile

REQUIREMENTS
Certification in accountancy
A first experience (1-2 years) working in an accountancy department
French or English- fluent- with a good working knowledge of the other

Job Offer

A 5 months contract
