Your Mission
Order Releasing and its follow up: return order, debit note
Manage Purchase Approvals
Update purchasing KPIs
Blocked invoice management
Price difference management
Orders follow-up with suppliers
Keep the data in the ERP system up to date
Support Purchasing & Planning Teams in the administrative tasks
Your Profile
Commercial CFC-High school diploma
Experience in purchasing or procurement
Very good knowledge of MS Office package
ERP knowledge
Fluency in English both verbally and in writing, French is a plus
