🧠Engagement Lead - Advisory Projects (3-4 month contract)

📠Location: Geneva area (Hybrid)
🕒 Type: Fixed-term (3 to 4 months)
📅 Start Date: Mid-August or Early September 2025

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Engagement Lead to drive high-impact advisory projects. You will lead engagements end-to-end"”from diagnostic assessments to identifying improvement opportunities and drafting actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

• Lead advisory projects from planning to final reporting
• Conduct organizational diagnostics, benchmarking, and stakeholder interviews
• Develop strategic options and change initiatives
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and facilitate decision-making
• Manage a small project team and ensure high-quality deliverables

Job requirements

• Extensive experience in top-tier strategy or management consulting
• Proven track record leading organizational reviews and transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (consulting toolkit)
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
