We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented HR Specialist who enjoys working with people, brings solid experience in HR operations, and is fluent in both English and German - essential for this role.

Your Responsibilities:
- Support employees and managers in all HR-related matters across the full employee lifecycle
- Handle administrative tasks such as employment contracts, certificates, and internal documentation
- Coordinate employee entries, changes, and exits in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update personnel data in the HR system (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors)
- Assist in ongoing HR projects and help optimize internal HR processes
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and international HR teams
- Completed commercial education with further training in HR (e.g., HR certificate or HR Specialist with Swiss federal diploma)
- Several years of professional experience in a similar HR role, ideally within an international or pharmaceutical environment
- Fluent in both German and English - written and spoken (required for daily communication)
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and tools (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday)
- Reliable, discrete, well-organized, and service-oriented personality
