The Growth Office at EHL is a strategic and transversal department that supports the school’s development through collaboration, innovation, and co-creation. It brings together key functions such as marketing, business architecture, regional offices, and engagement programs to drive both institutional and individual growth. Among its core components, the People Office plays a vital role in supporting employees throughout their journey at EHL, managing recruitment, onboarding, HR services, and wellbeing initiatives and ensuring that the growth of the organization is powered by its people.

The mission of the HR Data Analyst is to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful data analysis to support strategic decision-making, enhance HR processes, and maintain data integrity across systems.
What will you do?
- Collect, structure, and analyze HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
- Ensure HR data integrity, consistency and alignment across systems by auditing inputs, resolving inconsistencies, and maintain high standards of data quality.
- Contribute to different cross-functional HR projects and initiatives, HRIS implementation and enhancement, digital transformation initiatives.
- Support the Rewards Manager in HR cost projections, salary reviews, and performance review processes by updating tools and compiling relevant HR data.
- Compile, analyze and report HR data for internal and external customers.
- Optimize processes, propose improvement initiatives, and implement new systems to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Who you are?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or Business Administration.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work in data analytics.
- You are service-oriented, precise in your work, and highly organized.
- You handle stress well and react quickly to urgent situations.
- You are analytical, pragmatic, and capable of synthesizing complex information.
- You communicate effectively across all levels and respect confidentiality.
- You are proactive, autonomous, and thrive in multicultural environments.
- You have strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel and Power BI) and knowledge of databases.
- You have experience in data processing and ideally with Workday HRIS.
- You are fluent in French and English (C1).
