The Payroll Switzerland group is part of the Global Services Finance organization of Johnson & Johnson and in Switzerland. Payroll is a diverse team of 12 people supporting the approximately 4,500 JnJ employees based in Switzerland across multiple locations and legal entities. We work closely with Finance, Business Managers and various HR teams on a variety of topics.
We are seeking additional support for our Payroll department in Zug, either immediately or by appointment
Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for all payroll processes
- Processing and transfer of incoming mail
- First response to some employee queries
- Manage a variety of tasks of different priority levels
- Support projects

Who we are looking for:
- Basic commercial training
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Good analytical skills
- Good MS-Office skills (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Very service-oriented, structured, accurate, resilient, networked thinking and reliable
- High degree of self-motivation
- Positive attitude
