Procurement & Sourcing Data Support Analyst

We are looking for a Procurement & Sourcing Data Support Analysts to contribute to the preparation and execution of complex tender processes. The role is highly operational and analytical: you will support data analysis, tender documentation, and coordination across technical and commercial workstreams.

Description

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyse procurement and tender?related data
• Prepare management?level memos, reports, and presentations based on analytical findings
• Support tender readiness across technical and commercial streams
• Coordinate interactions and documentation for review committees and internal stakeholders
• Draft tender materials and ensure consistency and quality of deliverables
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools for decision?making
• Track timelines, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with key milestones
• Provide continuous operational support throughout the tender lifecycle

Profile

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, tender support, or procurement analytics
• Strong analytical skills and ability to transform data into clear insights for management
• Proactive, well?organised, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Comfortable coordinating across cross?functional teams
• Experience in a complex tender environments is a strong asset
• English as a first language or full professional fluency required; additional languages are a plus
• Experience with analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, dashboards) appreciated
