Role
Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, you will contribute to the implementation of internal and external marketing and communication initiatives and projects, in line with the strategic objectives of Affidea Group and Affidea Switzerland.
Main responsibilities
Marketing & Digital Communication
-
Provide support to radiology centres and medical centres for their communication and marketing needs.

Coordinate the design of brochures, flyers and other marketing communication materials (print and digital).

Develop communication campaigns on social media based on press releases.
-
Create content in line with the editorial calendar.

Publish internal and external communications on SharePoint, Mailchimp, the Affidea.ch website and other distribution tools.

Manage and update the website via CMS Strapi.

Manage and analyse patient and doctor satisfaction surveys.
-
Prepare and monitor marketing reports.
-
Produce digital reports: analyse campaign performance and suggest optimisations.
Events
-
Coordinate the organisation of company events (annual conference, events in centres).
Affidea Sport Academy
-
Coordinate the Affidea Sport Academy project and manage relations with winners (communication, monitoring of actions, visibility on social media and website).
Marketing administration

Manage the department's administrative tasks.

Order promotional items and handle logistics.
Required profile

Interest in the medical and sports fields.
Technical
-
Good knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).

Understanding of SEO/SEA principles and ability to plan advertising campaigns.

Proficiency in Canva and ability to create visuals, videos and photos for social media.

Google Analytics for performance tracking.

Flawless spelling and ability to write engaging content.

Awareness of GDPR rules for data management, specific to the medical field (internal training).
Language skills
-
Fluent French (working language).

Professional English (relations with Affidea Group).
-
German: good level required.
Experience
-
Minimum 3 to 5 years in a marketing & communications department.
