Our client is a well-established international organisation located in the heart of Geneva. They are seeking a professional, service-oriented, and highly organised Receptionist & Office Assistant to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and provide an exceptional experience to visitors, clients, and employees. We are looking for someone with an excellent English and a fluent level of French.

Missions
The Role
As the first point of contact for the business, you will be responsible for managing reception activities while providing comprehensive administrative and office support to the wider team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This positions do not offer home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting spaces as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Support the organisation of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with external suppliers and service providers.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
- Support onboarding activities and office logistics for new employees.
- Ensure reception and common areas are maintained to a high professional standard.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to management and various departments.
Profil du candidat
Experience
- Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front Office, Office Assistant, or Administrative Assistant role.
- Experience working within an international and professional environment is highly desirable.
Skills
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work autonomously while remaining a collaborative team player.
Languages
- English: Excellent level (written and spoken).
- French: Very good level (written and spoken).
