Relocation Manager

For one of our clients based in Geneva, a renowned international company, we are looking for a Relocation Manager.

Your tasks :


  • Facilitate the entire relocation process (in & out) with various providers and coordination of temporary/permanent accommodation upon arrival
  • Complete review of leases before submission to Legal department
  • Provide continuous support to employees during their assignment in Geneva
  • Act as central point of contact for the real estate agencies and landlords for issues or queries that require HQ involvement or decision


  • Manage company apartments (allocation, new leases, terminations, etc.)
  • Check and reconcile year-end utilities (heating recaps) for flats
  • Manage incoming physical mail and local storage for leases and employee files

Finance & Reporting

  • Prepare and control monthly payroll instructions for rent/housing and schooling support provided to eligible employees
  • Provide the “Operating Leases” report to Finance on a monthly basis
  • Handle invoicing process )
  • Cross-charge relocation costs to the relevant cost centers on a monthly basis

Your profile :

  • You have 2 years of experience in managing global mobility (experience from multinational organisations is a plus)
  • You are at ease with financial reportings
  • You are a confident MS Office user (SAP HR is beneficial)
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Knowledge of the Geneva housing market would be an asset
  • You are organized, detail oriented and you manage priorities well
  • You are digitally adept and have a keen eye for the future ways of working.
