HRIS Specialist

We are currently looking for a HRIS Specialist for 6-month contract to complete our HR & Digital Project Team in our Headquarter located in Nyon, Switzerland.

As a HRIS Specialist, your role will be to support the Global HR Team and the HRIS Project Manager during the main phases of the project, including planning, coordination, training & communication, weekly project follow-ups



Your mission will be to coordinate and participate in each phase of the project, namely:

Design & Configuration phase:

  • Actively participate in the standardization of data, processes and management information
  • Attend initiation workshops, participate in the completion of technical & functional specifications with common design orientations for each HR process in scope
  • Provide guidance on implementation best practices
  • Strongly contribute to lead data checking/cleaning & migration and/or conversion activities
  • Participate in the design of outgoing interfaces with the ERP and the Payroll System

Testing & Training Phase:

  • Take part in the definition and roll-out of test scenarios
  • Contribute to deploy the change management plan in all our affiliates, including various levels of HR and HRIS maturity
  • Ensure support to HR Admin users, provide beta test user assistance
  • Elaborate procedure guides and training documentation for front & back-end users

Project management:

  • Follow the planning, deployment roadmap and roll-out strategy of the Global HRIS platform
  • Assist the HRIS Project Manager in weekly project follow-ups, steering committees & workshops
  • Act as a key liaison between the project team, the IT & Finance departments and various providers
  • Update global project plan, contribute to the monitoring of project milestones



  • Master’s degree in either Business, IT, Engineering, or Organizational Development/Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a similar role with touchpoints in HR topics (Management of employees' administrative data, Recruitment, Performance, Comp&Ben, HR libraries, Reporting & KPIS …).
  • Strong knowledge SAP SuccessFactors: a real asset
  • Certification in change management and/or Project Management is an asset
  • Experience with HRIS and/or SaaS HR/Cloud Solutions lifecycle implementation (initiation, design & configuration, go-live, hypercare)
  • Successful experience in providing user support
  • You have hands on experience in HR processes management and optimization, HR systems, trends and best practices, working cross-functionally and in an international context
  • Team player with a positive attitude, who knows how to create, rally alignment and build consensus
  • Very good communication, organizational, analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent aptitude to evolve in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under pressure
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Proactive and solution oriented
  • High sense of confidentiality and discretion
  • Solid knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent command of English and French
