Description

  • Lead full Integration process for new joiners
  • Provide HR guidance and support
  • Act as process owner by improving and executing all related tasks
  • Work on HR Project related to Performance management, Change management, Data management, Digital solutions, HR process improvements, ...)
  • Participate to HR communication by writing and publishing internal HR communications in German, French and English
  • Ensure compliance with Employment legislation and regulations
  • Lead offboarding process for outgoing employees
  • Manage local updates on the global platform reposting

Profile

  • Relevant University Master degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience in HR in a Swiss environment (Industry based, with international aspects)
  • Excellent knowledge of Swiss Labor Law, social insurance law and collective agreements
  • Good knowledge of time work models valid in the swiss industry
  • Fluent in German & French ; Good English level also required.
  • Excellent user of Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced user of HR database and reporting tools
  • Efficient, proactive, rigorous work ethic and agile
  • Communication : diplomatic with ability to assert oneself attitude; able to instill trust and be sensitive to confidentiality
