HR Administrative Manager or Bilingual HR Administrative Manager FR/DE
You are passionate about human resources and enjoy the variety of administrative tasks? As an HR Manager, you ensure reliable and efficient management of the administrative journey of employees while contributing to the operational excellence of the HR function.
What you do daily
You ensure the complete administrative management of the employee lifecycle, in German, from their entry to their exit from the company (employment contracts, amendments, work permits, work certificates and other HR documents), ensuring compliance with legal provisions and internal procedures. You guarantee the quality and reliability of HR data as well as the proper maintenance of personnel files.
You participate in the recruitment process by providing effective administrative support, from drafting and publishing job adverts to planning and coordinating interviews with various stakeholders.
You are the primary contact for employees and managers for all matters related to personnel administration, providing reliable and proactive support to HR Business Partners as well as teams, ensuring close collaboration with the payroll department and other internal stakeholders.
What you bring to the team
You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification, complemented by the HR Manager certificate. You have at least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
You are fluent in French and German (native speaker or equivalent level) and have excellent knowledge of the other language (minimum C1), allowing you to communicate comfortably in a bilingual professional context.
You possess strong skills in using office tools and HR information systems. Knowledge of HR Access is an asset.
Recognised for your rigour, organisational skills and discretion, you manage administrative files with precision while ensuring the quality and confidentiality of the information processed. Autonomous and proactive, you know how to prioritise your activities, meet deadlines and provide quality service to employees, managers and HR partners.
