On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an Executive Assistant 90% (m/f/d) for a long-term temporary assignment with immediate start.
Responsibilities
- Ensure complete follow-up, coordination and management of strategic files.
- Prepare meetings, write minutes and ensure follow-up of decisions.
- Organise and coordinate agendas, meetings and institutional events.
- Centralise, structure and secure the information necessary for decision-making.
- Provide secretarial support.
- Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Facilitate the flow of information between different departments and partners.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative and organisational processes.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects related to the development and modernisation of the institution’s practices.
Profile
- Federal VET diploma as a commercial employee, secretarial or equivalent training.
- Ideally complemented by higher education (federal certificate as executive assistant or training in administrative management, management or organisation).
- Proven experience in an executive assistant or administrative coordination role.
- Excellent organisational, anticipation and prioritisation skills.
- Very good analytical, synthesis and complex file management skills.
- Strong writing skills and excellent command of French.
- Proficiency in IT tools and interest in digital tools.
- Discreet, reliable, proactive and solution-oriented personality.
- High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
