Cooperative active for 62 years in the field of billing and management of medical practices, we have about ten agencies and employ more than 400 collaborators nationwide. Our main clientele consists of doctors, specialists, paramedical collaborators as well as clinics and hospitals.

Our accounting department is currently looking for a:

Your mission:

• Maintaining the general accounting of the Doctors' Fund
• Entering cash flow movements
• Preparing supplier payment proposals
• Monthly control and closing of operating accounts
• Entering securities portfolio movements
• Quarterly valuation of securities portfolios
• Entering adjustment entries
• Assisting in the preparation of VAT returns
• Assisting in the review of balance sheets and operating accounts
• Assisting in the preparation of statutory management reports, consolidated according to CO and consolidated Swiss GAAP RPC
• Assisting in payroll control and related accounting entries
• Archiving documents

Your profile:

• Holder of a federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting
• 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent command of Microsoft tools
• Good knowledge of Swiss GAAP RPC accounting standards
• Good knowledge of German and English languages
• Knowledge of GIT and Abacus is a plus
