Strategic Mission Officer in Financial Policy (80% to 100%)

The General Secretariat for Finance and Mobility (FIM) monitors cross-cutting themes and provides support on the Directorate's strategic projects and issues.

We are looking for a strategic mission officer for financial affairs to complete our team.

Main Mission(s)

Monitor specific files related to municipal financial policy (budget, accounts, financing of the climate plan fund, investment policy, etc.)

Develop strategic documents and ensure editorial quality

Coordinate the Directorate's representatives in companies, including by assuming delegated functions, and support the Director and the General Secretary in their follow-up

Ensure the functioning of the Finance Commission

Profile

University Master’s degree in finance, law or political science or equivalent qualification

Master’s or CAS in public administration preferred

Minimum 5 years of professional experience within a headquarters

Experience in a large public administration, semi-public sector or in the associative sector

Knowledge of public finance operations

Proficiency in MS Office
