You know the operating theatre from the inside and want to put your clinical expertise to work in sales? Our client is a Swiss distributor of innovative surgical products based in Geneva. Founded in 2003, this family business supplies hospitals, private clinics and university centres throughout Switzerland. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a communicative and entrepreneurial personality with operating theatre experience as a Sales Specialist for the Romandy region.
Sales Specialist Surgical Products (m/f/d)

• Swiss family business with over 20 years of experience in surgery
• Innovative portfolio – from minimally invasive surgery to electrosurgery and operating theatre accessories
• Short decision-making processes and great autonomy in your sales region
Your responsibilities and tasks:
• Follow-up and development of existing key accounts (hospitals, clinics, operating centres)
• Maintenance and development of existing turnover
• Acquisition of new customers and increase of market share in French-speaking Switzerland
• Presentation, advice and sale of medical devices to purchasing, operating theatre and clinic
• Conducting product and user training
• Close collaboration with doctors, operating theatre staff, purchasing and other contacts
• Market monitoring, identification of customer needs and commercial potentials
• Participation in specialised congresses, workshops and customer events
Your profile:
• TSO training or equivalent clinical training with operating theatre experience
• Several years of medical experience, ideally in medical device sales
• Excellent communication, advisory and negotiation skills, customer-oriented
• Independent and goal-oriented work, with initiative and stress resistance
• Enthusiasm for medical devices, strong service orientation and team spirit
• Very good level of French, good knowledge of German and English
