Tasks and Responsibilities

Responsibility for the accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting of the Gruner Group
Professional leadership and further development of the subledger team (8 employees)
Ensuring efficient processes in payment transactions, dunning, and master data management
Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as reconciliation between general and subledgers
Further development and automation of processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Participation and leadership in finance projects in the Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay areas
Responsibility for group-wide topics such as credit cards, expense management, and payment processes
Contact person for internal and external audits as well as ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirements
Close collaboration with controlling, treasury, and accounting

Your Profile

Training with further education in finance and accounting (professional certificate or equivalent)
Several years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting within an international corporate group, ideally with leadership experience
Good understanding of end-to-end processes (Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash)
Very good user knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO)
Structured, independent, and precise working style
German, French, and English spoken and written
