In this management role, you adopt an entrepreneurial vision and act proactively and service-oriented. As an FSM at ISS, you lead superiors and employees, you are the primary contact person for clients and ensure that our services are delivered at the highest quality level. You are responsible for quality assurance as well as costs and client satisfaction.

What awaits you

Implement ISS strategy and objectives

Compliance with and monitoring of standards and guidelines defined by clients

Lead and coordinate all Facility Services activities on behalf of our clients

Responsibility for personnel management and supervision (planning, allocation of hours, recruitment, annual reviews, etc.)

Ensure operational and financial management (updating reports, budget control and management, etc.) of services delivered on the client site

Responsibility for administration, compliance with KPIs, SLAs, procedures and work processes and, if necessary, creation of these

Propose, develop and implement improvements

Primary contact person for clients

Participate in and monitor project control

Coordinate subcontractors

What you bring

Graduate in management, building technology or hospitality

8 to 10 years of experience in Facility Management (ideally) or in the service sector with similar responsibilities

Proven and certified professional and managerial skills

Excellent knowledge in managing soft services (cleaning, concierge, reception...) and/or hard services (building technology HVAC/CVCSE, electricity...)

Innate communication skills, excellent speaker

Comfortable with numbers, financial management combined with good analytical skills

Planning and organisational skills necessary to manage several projects simultaneously

Strong team spirit

Native French speaker with excellent knowledge of English (min. C1) and/or German (min. B2)

Proficient with common IT tools and comfortable with digital tools in general

Solution-oriented

Charismatic personality with a strong customer focus
