Head of HR & Payroll 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Leadership of the HR department including payroll

• Responsibility for the entire payroll system

• Conducting the hiring process through to onboarding

• Management of contract matters (trilingual)

• Responsibility for legal issues in the personnel area

• Personnel development

• Implementation of HR applications in IT systems

• Organisation of personnel events

• Fleet management of company vehicles

• Preparation of reports for management and sales management

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed HR and/or business administration training with experience in a comparable role

• Sound knowledge of payroll, Swiss social security system and Swiss labour law

• Excellent German skills, very good French skills and Italian an advantage

• Proficient use of MS Office and HR systems (e.g. BC SwissSalary, Refline)

• Service-oriented and communicative leadership personality

• Independent and responsible working style
