As a Technical Account Manager, you are responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic clients and delivering customised projects in the fields of merchandising, display, and packaging. Acting as a true interface between clients, internal teams, and industrial partners, you ensure the successful execution of projects while respecting technical requirements, costs, quality, and deadlines.

Responsibilities
As a Technical Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients;
- Understanding client needs and translating them into suitable technical solutions;
- Managing projects from A to Z in collaboration with design, development, purchasing, and production teams;
- Coordinating all stakeholders to meet quality, cost, and deadline objectives;
- Contributing to the optimisation of technical solutions, manufacturing processes, and the supply chain;
- Preparing commercial offers, monitoring budgets, and ensuring project profitability;
- Facilitating regular communication with clients and providing advisory support;
- Coordinating international suppliers and production partners;
- Identifying project risks and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
Candidate Profile
As a Technical Account Manager, you have the following profile:
- Fluency in French (C2) and English (C1).
- Higher technical or industrial education (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Mechanics, or equivalent);
- At least 4 years of experience in technical project management, strategic account management, or client-oriented technical roles;
- Experience in the luxury, merchandising, packaging, display, shopfitting sectors, or in a demanding industrial environment;
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and materials such as wood, metal, plastic, cardboard, leather, or textiles;
- Experience managing bespoke projects in an international context;
- Ability to communicate with technical, industrial, and commercial interlocutors;
- Strong client orientation combined with excellent technical credibility;
- Autonomy, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
