The Rectorate of HES-SO University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland is advertising the position of

HES-SO Master, in collaboration with the fields of Economics and Services, Design and Visual Arts, Engineering and Architecture, Music and Performing Arts, Health, as well as Social Work, develops the Master of Science HES-SO in Integrated Innovation for Product and Business Development (Innokick). The Innokick programme offers students an interdisciplinary education enabling them to develop innovative products and services for commercialisation. In addition to theoretical teaching that helps understand the accelerating techniques of innovation, the programme offers a strong practical foundation with close links to companies. From the start of the course, students work on real business cases and collaborate closely with their clients and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

In your role, you support the programme manager of the Master of Science HES-SO in Integrated Innovation for Product & Business Development – Innokick, in managing strategic files, particularly the evaluation of the programme, as well as national and international collaboration policies. You also participate in promoting the programme to prospective students and potential academic, institutional, political and economic partners. Furthermore, you assist the programme manager in the operational and logistical management of the programme (organisation and follow-up of meetings, preparation of agendas, preparation of documentation, minute-taking, etc.). Finally, you collaborate with the programme manager on all elements related to the development of the teaching mission, national and international mobility, notably by organising and participating in the summer academy.

Your profile

• You hold a HES Master’s degree or an equivalent qualification. Continuing education in project management is a plus;
• You have at least 3 years’ experience in an academic environment, particularly in a university of applied sciences;
• You have a strong interest in academic education and the field of Innovation.

• Versatile, you are autonomous and efficient in organising work, managing tasks and priorities;
• You demonstrate methodological rigour and creativity;
• You have the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and with a network of stakeholders, companies and students. Attentive, you have good interpersonal skills and are client-oriented;
• As a native French speaker, you have a good command of English, both spoken and written (level B2).

Work rate: 90-100%

Contract duration: Permanent contract

Workplace: Renens with possible travel in French-speaking Switzerland
