Information Technology Service of the Neuchâtel Entity (SIEN)
SIEN is responsible for the IT of the State and its partners (municipalities, schools, health, social and parapublic sector). It defines the IT strategy with its partners, studies needs, proposes overall IT concepts and provides a range of services for all Neuchâtel public authorities.

Your missions
In compliance with SIEN's best practices and security directives, you install and ensure the proper functioning of hardware and software, while leading projects to implement standardised solutions. On a daily basis, you collaborate with engineers and technical project managers to successfully carry out deployments of complex infrastructures and solutions. You also intervene on second-level incidents and participate in their resolution to limit work interruptions for the business units.

Your profile
Holder of a Federal Diploma of Higher Education Technician in Telecommunications or an equivalent qualification, you have the following technical knowledge:

• networking (TCP/IP protocols, Cisco routing and switches)
• telephony (Unify communication solutions, IP telephony systems)
• unified communications management

Furthermore, your skills enable you to analyse and resolve issues related to telecommunications networks and systems. Organised and comfortable in a collaborative environment, you know how to work methodically and as part of a team.
