Graduate School Program Coordinator
The mission of the GS Program Coordinator is to administer and coordinate Graduate School Master Programs, ensuring their smooth delivery and operational excellence, while providing a seamless and enriching student experience and maintaining the highest standards of program quality, logistics, and student support.
What will you do?
- Manage and optimize digital learning platforms and academic interfaces (LMS, EHLisa, My EHL, classroom technologies).
- Support the admissions process by conducting candidate interviews and managing student enrollment in the learning platform.
- Oversee the administration and execution of academic programs from planning to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Academic Leadership, Program Directors, and key stakeholders to ensure program quality and alignment.
- Support course and faculty administration, including scheduling, records management, and academic coordination.
- Manage program budgets, invoices, databases, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate student and faculty onboarding activities and support the overall student lifecycle.
- Organize examinations, assessments, course evaluations, and graduation ceremonies.
- Plan and coordinate business travel and various program-related events and activities such as graduation ceremonies.
- Document, review, and continuously improve academic and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Who you are?
- You have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or program management role, ideally within higher education.
- You have strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- You are proactive, service-oriented, and committed to delivering an excellent experience to students and stakeholders.
- You have the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You have experience coordinating academic programs, student services, assessments, examinations, and graduation activities.
- You have excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.
- You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Moodle.
- You are comfortable managing digital platforms, academic databases, records, and administrative processes.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English (C1 level or equivalent).
