About the job
Organisation, content & ads production | Permanent full-time | Crissier | As soon as possible
You are the person everyone ends up entrusting with organisation, because with you nothing gets lost, nothing is late and nothing goes out with an error. You enjoy creating visuals on Canva, writing marketing texts, laying out pages, and you are satisfied when everything is neat, approved and published on the scheduled day? You are looking for a stable position, with real responsibility and work that is visible?
You are the person we are looking for.
You will take full responsibility, alone and from start to finish, for the operational marketing of one of our important clients in French-speaking Switzerland present on several sites, and every week, what you create is displayed, sent and published for thousands of people.
An intern works with you, and you have control over your organisation.
What you will do
- Organisation: all requests go through you. You enter them into our task management tool, clarify them when the brief is too short, plan them, delegate some to the intern and see them through to approval. This is the backbone of the role: our client knows that with you, nothing falls between the cracks.
- Visuals and texts: you create visuals and campaign texts in Canva, based on the client’s brand guidelines and templates, adapt them to the correct formats and get them approved.
- Newsletters: you write, lay out and send them via Brevo. There are many, and it is a real copywriting playground.
- Video: you go on site to film and photograph with a smartphone, then edit short formats in CapCut. Once or twice a year, an event takes place on a Saturday and you are on site for a few hours.
- Social media: scheduling, publishing, competitions, community responses.
- Ads campaigns: you set up and monitor Meta, Google and TikTok Ads campaigns. If you are not yet proficient, we will train you.
- Results: two to three times a year, you present the figures to the client and management, with clear slides, and propose next steps.
AI is part of daily life: ChatGPT, Claude and content creation tools help you produce faster and proofread better. We will show you our way of working with them.
Your typical week
On Monday, about twenty requests await you, coming from different managers: an edit for Thursday, a competition visual, a newsletter for Tuesday, two calls to make. You put everything on your board, separate urgent from important, assign the intern what she can do immediately, call back the two managers whose briefs are incomplete, and by 10am you know what you will deliver tonight, tomorrow and Friday. The rest of the week, you produce, approve, publish, and go on site to take images. At Easter, back-to-school, Black Friday and Christmas, everything happens simultaneously and the pace picks up; the rest of the year is steady.
The profile we are looking for
At home, your shoes are put away, the shopping list is made before entering the shop, and a noted appointment is a kept appointment. It is not an effort, it is your nature and perhaps no one has ever asked you to see it as a professional quality before. Here, it is the first. You note everything, plan everything, check everything and an out-of-date board annoys you. You write without mistakes and proofread out of habit. You have a good eye: you immediately see when a visual is unbalanced and you produce quickly without quality suffering. When a brief is unclear, you pick up the phone to ask for details rather than guess.
You are comfortable with strong-willed and fast-moving interlocutors. You can say, with a smile, that it will be ready by Thursday and not tonight, and why. In front of a room, you speak calmly and hold your ground when asked a difficult question.
You are looking for a role where things get done and held together, not a strategy role.
Education or background
- Federal diploma as a media technician, commercial employee with marketing experience, or MarKom certificate or equivalent.
- Or 1 to 3 years as a marketing assistant or coordinator in an SME, a real estate group, a chain of stores or a franchise, where many requests come from several sites.
- Graduates with good internships are welcome.
You come with
- A task management tool (Monday, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Notion or equivalent) used daily in a previous role.
- Advanced Canva skills, a short video editing tool (CapCut or equivalent), Excel and a presentation tool at a working level.
- Impeccable written French.
What you will find with us
- Your own account from day one, for an important client in French-speaking Switzerland.
- Real autonomy: you organise your days, travel and production as you see fit, as long as everything arrives on time.
- A serious and efficient intern by your side, and management that trusts you and remains available for decisions that concern them.
- Training on advertising platforms and daily use of AI, two skills that matter for your career.
- A permanent full-time contract with 3 months trial, a Mac with two screens, capture equipment, a company car for travel, offices in Crissier 5 minutes walk from Renens station.
- A salary aligned with a confirmed junior operational role.
- A small direct team, without intermediate hierarchical levels, where people speak frankly.
Application conditions
- Swiss nationality or B or C permit already established (cross-border permits are not possible for this role).
- Current residence in the canton of Vaud or less than 40 minutes from Crissier, with no plans to move.
- Driving licence.
- Flawless written and spoken French.
Application process
- A questionnaire with your application and portfolio.
- A 15-minute call.
- An on-site interview with management and a timed practical test, so you can see the role in reality.
- A second interview, in the form of a presentation simulation.
- Our response within 10 days.
