What you will do
- Independent preparation and cooking of our dishes in the hot and cold kitchen
- Assisting and preparing aperitifs, meeting refreshments, creative dishes for events and our extensive snacks
- During the lunch service, you plate the dishes in front of the guest and may recommend and actively sell your delicious dishes
- Operation of the Smart Chef inventory management system
- Proper receipt, storage and documentation of goods, operating and cleaning materials

Your place of work
At the Culinarium Visana Weltpost restaurant in Bern, our host team with 6 employees delights around 360 guests daily. The varied offer consists of a daily changing menu, vegetarian dish, the freshly prepared Chef's choice in front of the guest, a rich Free Choice and salad buffet, as well as various snacks. Additionally, the gastronomy includes a cafeteria and a snack vending machine. Through the in-house catering offer, it is possible to order snacks and drinks for meetings or aperitifs. Regular company events and special occasions are held.
You work from Monday to Friday, depending on the duty roster. For special events in the evening and at weekends, you are flexibly available.
