Your Tasks
- Independent execution of the monthly payroll processing
- Handling of social insurances (AHV, IV, EO, ALV, BVG, KTG, UVG) as well as withholding tax
- Preparation of payroll statements, year-end declarations and salary certificates
- Maintenance and control of personnel and payroll data in the system
- Contact person for employees regarding payroll-related questions
- Collaboration with authorities, insurance companies and external partners
- Creation of reports, evaluations and statistics
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
- Optimisation and further development of payroll processes
What You Should Bring
- Commercial basic training, ideally with further education in payroll/HR
- Several years of experience in payroll accounting in Switzerland
- Sound knowledge of Swiss social insurance and tax law
- Experience with payroll systems
- Very good Excel skills and strong affinity for numbers
- Independent and service-oriented personality
- Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
