Role:
For an established company with several entities, we are looking for a reliable person to support the monthly payroll processing and handle various tasks related to social insurances and payroll-relevant changes. You can expect a responsible role where accuracy, discretion and independent working are required.
Responsibilities:
You support the monthly payroll processing for various entities
You prepare withholding tax statements and ensure correct processing
You handle sick and accident daily allowances as well as continued salary payments
You take care of EO and family allowances
You record and process all payroll-relevant changes from entry to exit
Qualifications:
You have at least two years of professional experience in Swiss payroll accounting
Ideally, you have further training in payroll or social insurances
You handle confidential personnel data with absolute discretion and responsibility
Ideally, you have experience with Abacus or a comparable payroll system
You have very good German skills as well as good English or French skills
