Documentary Information Specialist 80% to 100% - 2.5 Year Fixed-Term Contract

Committed to quality public service, the City of La Chaux-de-Fonds is looking for a:

Your mission / As part of the Archives and Heritage Centre (CAP) project, you will contribute to the preparation and relocation of collections to this site. You will participate in drafting a call for tenders for the move. Additionally, you will take part in other tasks related to project management.

Your profile / Personal skills / Holder of a diploma as a documentary information specialist or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role, you are familiar with collection processing. Experience in large-scale moving and logistics skills would be an asset. You are proficient with common office tools and collection management as well as planning software. Autonomous and meticulous, you demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis abilities. You are comfortable with planning involving multiple stakeholders.

Desired start date / January 2027 or date to be agreed.
