To join our Material and Foundry Office and Finishing teams, composed of 13 people, we are looking for a material and foundry office technician.
You are rigorous and responsible. You have good manual dexterity and a keen sense of collaboration and enjoy working independently and methodically.
Material and Foundry Office Technician (M/F)
Your impact:
- You carry out customer returns and material entries in the ERP
- You weigh and alloy precious metals according to the requested compositions
- You load and adjust the furnaces then carry out the melting while respecting manufacturing instructions
- You perform the casting of molten metal in continuous casting, static, and shot blasting furnaces
- You ensure the requested quality of the ingots (weight, appearance, compliance according to our quality standards)
- You ensure the recovery and traceability of precious metals and production waste
- You maintain the equipment (level 1 maintenance) and strictly comply with safety rules
You make a difference if:
- You hold a qualification in mechanics or material deformation
- You have good knowledge of chemistry
- You have proven experience in industry
- You are comfortable with IT tools and numbers
- You have good knowledge of metal alloys
- You master conventional control tools
