As a Customer Service Clerk Internal Sales, you will significantly shape the impression customers have of
Geberit. This particularly includes the following activities:

• You resolve simple operational disruptions directly by phone and take customer requests
• You record customer data, service orders and orders correctly and efficiently in our SAP and CRM system
• You handle complaints quickly and in a customer-friendly manner
• Further interesting administrative tasks complete your range of duties

You have a completed commercial qualification. In addition, you are characterised by the following points:

• You have a friendly voice, enjoy telephone customer contact, are communicative and confident in your appearance
• Professional experience in customer service is an advantage
• You have very good oral and written German language skills and good French skills. Good Italian skills are an advantage.
• Very good IT user skills (MS Office, Outlook and SAP) and a quick and precise working style distinguish you
