Quality Technician (M/F)

On behalf of one of our partners in the watchmaking sector, we are looking for a Quality Technician (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will analyse manufacturing deviations and manage all non-conformities in the sector.
• You will define and deploy control standards in close synergy with support services.
• You will lead continuous improvement projects and support the self-control approach with workshop teams.
• You will monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs).
• You will ensure the availability and proper calibration of measuring instruments and metrological tools.
• You will facilitate problem-solving workshops and oversee corrective actions.
• You will develop control procedures based on the existing reference framework.

Your profile:

• You hold a Technician ES diploma in microtechnology (or a training considered equivalent).
• You have several years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.
• You are familiar with the watchmaking sector and the manufacture of precision components (a TQ1 training is a valued asset).
• You master common problem-solving methodologies as well as the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus).
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills, rigour and methodical organisation.
• You show excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative and assertive spirit, and great adaptability in the field.
