BAILLY SHIPYARD - MORGES A key player on Lake Geneva, the Bailly shipyard in Morges offers a wide range of services: work on wood and composites, mechanics, electronics, painting, winterising as well as complete boat maintenance.

We are looking for a motivated and passionate person to participate in our varied and stimulating projects.

YOUR TASKS - Prepare boats for the season (antifouling, polishing and other preparation work) - Prepare boats for winterising (winterising water systems and batteries, washing and covering) - Participate in mast stepping and unstepping operations - Assist in the preparation of new boats - Carry out boat repairs (work on wood and composite) - Perform maintenance and servicing of engines and onboard equipment (mechanics, electricity, electronics) - Handle boats using lifting and transport equipment - Maintain the shipyard’s infrastructure and equipment - Participate in launching, hauling out and winterising

YOUR PROFILE - Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a Boat Agent, Maintenance Agent or Naval Constructor (an advantage) - Good knowledge of mechanics, electricity and electronics - Autonomy, versatility and a sense of responsibility - Motivated, energetic and flexible, with the ability to work effectively under pressure - Good physical condition and comfortable with outdoor work - Proficient in French; English is an advantage - Licences: car, trailer (cat. BE), forklift and motorboat (a plus)
