Your mission
As part of the development of several modern and well-established dental practices in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for Dentists who are motivated and passionate about quality care and patient management.
You will join a dynamic team and benefit from a high-performance working environment that promotes clinical excellence and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct complete dental consultations and examinations.
- Make diagnoses and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform general dental care:
- Conservative treatments
- Endodontics
- Fixed and removable prosthetics
- Simple dental surgery
- Prevention and oral hygiene
- Ensure follow-up of treatments and monitor their progress.
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
Quality and safety of care
- Adhere to medical protocols and hygiene standards.
- Ensure patient safety and the quality of services provided.
- Keep medical records and clinical documentation up to date.
Patient relationship
- Welcome and support patients with professionalism and kindness.
- Clearly inform patients about their oral health status and therapeutic options.
- Develop a lasting relationship of trust with patients.
Teamwork
- Work closely with dental assistants, dental hygienists and other health professionals.
- Participate in the efficient organisation of the practice's activities.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work dynamic.
Profile
Your profile
- Recognised dental degree.
- For degrees obtained abroad: MEBEKO recognition mandatory or in the process of being obtained.
- Authorisation to practise in Switzerland or conditions allowing its acquisition.
- Sense of responsibility and excellent patient orientation.
- Team spirit, professionalism and autonomy.
- Proficiency in French (professional level), other languages welcome.
