About the Role
This versatile role is essential to ensure the smooth administrative and technical operation of the team. You will directly contribute to operational efficiency by managing various support tasks, working closely with the IT engineer and maintenance technicians.

Tasks
- Mail distribution
- Document formatting
- Implementation of administrative processes
- Filing and archiving
- Verification of time tracking
- Order entry with suppliers
- Invoice processing (with specific training)
We are looking for
- Good knowledge of administrative tasks (internship in administration appreciated)
- Advanced proficiency in French (written and spoken), including technical jargon
- Personal qualities: resourcefulness, kindness, sociability, rigour, autonomy, organisation
It is advantageous if you have
- Openness and adaptability to new tools and procedures
- Ability to integrate quickly into a technical team
