As part of our growth, Wealth Broker Management SA is looking for a consultant specialised in the 3rd pillar who wishes to evolve in an entrepreneurial, dynamic, and results-oriented environment.

Your mission

You will develop and manage your own client portfolio while also benefiting from commercial opportunities and prospects who have already shown interest in pension solutions.

Your activities notably include:

• Actively developing your own network and client portfolio
• Handling commercial opportunities provided by the company
• Conducting meetings and pension analyses
• Analysing existing contracts and solutions
• Identifying clients’ needs, projects, and objectives
• Advising on 3rd pillar solutions tailored to each situation
• Ensuring client follow-up and developing long-term relationships
• Actively participating in the company’s commercial development

The profile we are looking for

• AFA certification already obtained
• Experience in insurance, pension, or financial advisory
• Existing personal and professional network with the ability to develop it
• Strong knowledge of the 3rd pillar and the Swiss market
• Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial sense
• Autonomy, rigour, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Enjoyment of challenges and results-driven culture
