100% Technical Assistant

Job description:
- Organise the secretarial duties of the technical managers, including taking and forwarding group messages, organising document flow, maintaining schedules and filing dossiers, handling correspondence and its filing, managing diaries
- Handle tenant requests for routine maintenance work and issue work orders. Ensure follow-up on execution and control of invoicing by companies, perform related data entry
- Assist the Technical Manager with requests and follow-up of offers, also in the internal management of premises maintenance, and prepare necessary comparison tables
- Prepare correspondence related to the recovery of costs for restoring premises damaged by tenants during the lease or following a move-out inspection, and verify receipt of due payments, in coordination with the accounting department
- Perform data entry, particularly related to subscriptions and maintenance contracts, specific companies, and managed objects
- Manage all administrative aspects related to works (Quorum property software, OnBase, Tayo)
Your profile:
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- At least 3 years’ experience in a property management company
- Motivated to join a close-knit and competent team
- Good stress resistance and priority management
- Customer service oriented, with good listening skills and empathy
- Excellent command of IT tools; knowledge of Quorum is an advantage
- Native French speaker with good knowledge of English
