For our client, an established company in the construction and craft sector with over 100 employees, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed HR Specialist 80–100%. In this versatile position, you will independently manage central HR topics and take responsibility for the smooth running of operational personnel management. The workplace in Herzogenbuchsee is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport.

Your tasks with the new employer

• You will independently and reliably manage the entire HR administration along the employee lifecycle from entry to exit
• You will independently handle monthly payroll processing and time controls and deal with questions regarding social insurance
• You will coordinate training and internal events and act as a competent contact person for employees regarding administrative HR concerns
• You will actively contribute your expertise to HR projects and continuously develop existing processes and procedures

You offer your new employer

• You have a commercial basic education and ideally further training in human resources
• You have several years of professional experience in a generalist HR role as well as practical experience in payroll
• Very good German skills, good MS Office user knowledge and ideally experience with Sorba complete your professional profile; additional languages are an advantage
• You are an independent, discreet and flexible personality with a flair for numbers, initiative and high social competence
